Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an ArivexSaaS account and place an order.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login secure.

Orders and scope

• An order describes the package or service selected and the requirements you submit at checkout.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payments

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout, including Nayapay and Alipay.
• Work starts once your payment proof is submitted and verified by our team.
• Submitting false or altered payment proof may result in cancellation of the order and closure of the account.

Delivery and timelines

• Timelines are estimates based on scope and depend on receiving content, feedback, and approvals from you.
• Delays in feedback or required material shift the delivery date accordingly.

Ownership

• On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project.
• ArivexSaaS retains rights to internal tooling, reusable components, and generic know-how used in the build.

Support and acceptable use

• Support is provided at the level included in your package. Additional support can be arranged.
• You may not use our services for unlawful content, fraud, or activity that risks the security of our systems.

Changes

• We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of ArivexSaaS means you accept the current terms.
